Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total.
• No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will require a new $25 deposit to book a future appointment.
• Deposits are ALWAYS NON-REFUNDABLE, unless the appointment is canceled by me.
• There is a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive at or after the 15-minute mark, your appointment will be canceled to avoid delaying other clients.
• Repeated no call no shows may result in being banned from future bookings.
• Please try not to be no more than 5 minutes early.
• Lastly , no extra guests allowed, including children.
